Transaction Coordinator Summary

RESOLUT RE is seeking a full time Transaction Coordinator to join our Austin office. In this role, you would be responsible for providing direct support to top performing Commercial Real Estate Brokers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate should work during the day Monday through Friday at our headquarters in Austin
  • Assist broker with pipeline management utilizing company provided CRM – keeping pipeline updated with latest communication, following up on future steps, adding files, and ensuring proper billing of closed deals and second half commissions
  • Coordinate sending of DocuSign and file management of CRE agreements
  • Use provided software and tools to complete site searches of different MSA based on Tenant requirement
  • Prepare listing/buyer presentations in addition to market analysis
  • Assist in broker cold calling, outline calls, and failed calls research in real time for effective cold calling sessions
  • Calendar management – scheduling, confirming appointments, and initiating invites
  • Provide details for preparation and distribution of outbound marketing pieces
  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage all aspects of listings to include: processing listings, sales / closings, audit and maintaining related records of listings, contracts, review files to make certain that all necessary documents and approvals are included, gather and communicate information for settlements
  • Manage and support all property marketing activity for indirect reports to include new listings into listing services, company website, coordinate property photos, signage, and design / editing of all fliers (and revisions)
  • Submit reimbursement and expense reports on behalf of indirect report
  • Provide research support and assistance to clients and the team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Texas Real Estate License preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or Associate degree and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate business, forms, agreements, contracts. and financial terms and principles.
  • Be a positive and solution-oriented while ready to tackle any obstacles that may be presented with a helpful, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Basic math skills which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage, fractions, and the ability to calculate commissions, interests, and discounts
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Candidate should be able to work with little supervision, by problem-solving using strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • Have great attention to detail and be extremely organized
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
