Michael focuses on owner representation for leasing and investment sales across all major commercial real estate asset classes, with a specialization in retail and industrial properties. He is driven by a straightforward mission: advise clients well, add real value, and protect them from unnecessary risk through practical, experience-based brokerage work.

Michael began his real estate career in 2015 at Campus & Central Properties, helping students and investors lease and acquire student-oriented assets in Austin’s campus area. He transitioned into commercial real estate in 2018 as a Research Associate at RESOLUT RE (formerly Retail Solutions) and has since grown into the role of Principal in the firm’s Austin office.

Born and raised in Austin, Michael uses his local expertise to help landlords and owners lease properties, sell existing assets, and source new opportunities throughout Central Texas and beyond.

He represents a range of landlords and ownership groups including HEB, MFB Real Estate Services, Blue Acre Development, Hyperion Realty Capital, ARVO Ventures, and AAA Storage Investments.

Michael serves on the Board of RESOLUT RE. He holds a BA in Economics with an emphasis in Business from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of ICSC.
