Davis Paone joined RESOLUT RE in 2020 as a Research Associate and specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation, as well as acting as a master broker for multiple franchises nationally and internationally. His passion for the industry and devotion to his clients have garnered him respect among his clients and colleagues, and he is well known for his communication skills.

Davis has negotiated transactions for his clients in 25 states. His clients include Landlords such as ARVO Ventures, FMOC, LTD, and Routh Properties, and Tenants including: Studio Pilates International,
PJ's Coffee, Tumbles Gym, Hammer & Nails, 16 Handles, Bodenvy, and Buffalo Wild Wings Go.

Davis graduated with a BS in Finance and International Business with a minor in Arabic from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the International Franchise Association (IFA).
