David Simmonds founded RESOLUT RE in January of 2009 and has since built a massive, international, 3rd-party brokerage platform. RESOLUT RE has 5 offices across Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and McAllen), and serves the great states of Louisiana and New Mexico out of offices in Lafayette, and Albuquerque.

RESOLUT RE represents over 40 tenants nationally, in Mexico, and in Canada. We have the ability to service our clients’ expansion needs anywhere in the United States and up to 77 countries around the globe.

RESOLUT RE markets over 800 projects and exclusively represents over 250 tenants regionally across Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana.

David is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia College/Columbia University in New York City.

In 2016, Martin Turner was appointed to serve as RESOLUT RE’s Chief Executive Officer, previously leading its Houston division.

In his tenure as CEO, Turner expanded the company’s footprint and revenue considerably. This momentum landed RESOLUT RE a spot on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America, and a ranking of #1 Real Estate Services Firm in America by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Real Estate Forum Magazine also recognized RESOLUT as one of the nation’s fastest growing real estate companies, and featured Turner on its “Fifty Under Forty” list of Commercial Real Estate Rising Stars in 2018. In 2021, Turner was selected to the Houston Business Journal's list of Most Admired CEOs.

In 2022, Turner became Executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer.

Turner originally joined RESOLUT (called Retail Solutions at the time) in 2010 during its formative years, and earned recognition as an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter. In 2013, Turner relocated to run the company’s Houston division. While leading this team, Turner tripled office revenues for three consecutive years, built a 20-person office, and serviced a large portfolio of properties, national tenant accounts and compiled an impressive list of investment sales transactions. By 2016, the division was a top producer, joining the ranks of Houston’s largest commercial real estate brokerages, per the Houston Business Journal (a distinction it still holds).

Prior to joining Retail Solutions, Turner managed a two million square foot portfolio of properties across Texas & Louisiana as a Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI).

He attended the University of California at Davis, where he studied Economics and played on the men’s varsity tennis team. He earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rice University in Texas. Turner lives in Houston with his wife and their three kids, who are rapidly growing up with larger than life personalities!

Amelia joined RESOLUT RE in 2015 after relocating to San Antonio. As the Chief Operations Officer, she plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of the support staff for all offices. She conducts the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff while consulting with other top executives on strategic planning. In addition, she handles employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Amelia serves as a link between RESOLUT RE’s Principals and its team.

Prior to RESOLUT RE, Amelia worked as a commercial property manager and leasing administrator for an Omaha-based, real estate development and management firm specializing in building and acquiring significant real estate assets for long-term ownership. She oversaw 2.2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets.

Amelia graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her free time, she likes to cook, and travel and is attempting to grow a Texas garden.

Alan Rust, CCIM, Principal of Investment Sales, has 20 years of experience specializing in the sale of investment real estate. He has led the charge for RESOLUT RE with its investment sales program, having assembled a long track record of success, selling a wide variety of assets including retail, medical, light industrial, student rental, office, land, storage and more across Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.

Alan has been a commercial broker since 2003 and earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2007. Alan is consistently a top producer among the brokers at RESOLUT RE and on multiple occasions, he has earned recognition as a “Heavy Hitter” in property sales and leasing from the Austin Business Journal, and he has been named a “Power Broker” as a top broker by the Costar Group.

Prior to moving to Austin in 2007, Alan was a commercial broker in Colorado, where he earned recognition as a “Heavy Hitter” in commercial investment sales from the Denver Business Journal. In addition, he founded and served as president of a successful real estate holding and development firm.

Alan is active in the industry as a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR) and the international CCIM community.

Alan attended Binghamton University, where he earned a BA in Mathematics/Computer Science and a minor in Business.

Prior to joining RESOLUT RE, Austin Tidwell was one of the top producing brokers for a New Mexico development and property management team that was ranked in the top 5 commercial real estate brokerage firms, locally, since 2013. He has extensive knowledge of the development process and with identifying opportunities, as it pertains to the purchase of investment properties.

Over the years, Austin has worked with national and local companies like Crunch Fitness, Lovelace Medical Group, State Farm, Metro PCS, Arby’s, Blake’s Lotaburger, Anytime Fitness, Piñon Coffee Company, AAA New Mexico and Grassburger. And while he still focuses on his tenant representation accounts, he also engages in a lot of landlord representation work, along with third-party investment sales. In fact, his background in advertising and marketing, and the subsequent strategic relationships with television, newspaper and trade publications that he was able to form, really benefit his clients with promoting their listings and closed transactions.

Austin received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, with a concentration in Marketing. He is also on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico CCIM Chapter and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Brian Sladek joined RESOLUT RE in August of 2014. During his time here he has gained hands-on experience with market research and has assisted with daily leasing and development activities. Brian began his real estate career valuing assets as an analyst for Integra Realty Resources. His current focus is on pad development as well as landlord and tenant representation throughout Texas

Brian graduated from the University of Arkansas in December of 2011 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a native of Dallas and a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory.

Chris Flesner started his real estate career in 2008 with Boxer Property, where he leased and managed four multi-story office buildings totaling over 350,000 SF. He was named Top Statewide Leasing Agent in the 4th quarter of 2008 and 1st quarter of 2009. Chris then went to work for 40-year commercial real estate veteran, Larry Harbour, at Century 21 Commercial, where he transitioned and was groomed in retail brokerage services. In 2012, Chris was hired by Retail Realty to handle the company’s Tarrant County portfolio, which accounted for 15 shopping centers, totaling more than 750,000 SF. He was hired to head up the Dallas office for RESOLUT RE in early 2013.

Chris works with Excess Space on the disposition of 7-Eleven, CVS, and Family Dollar assets. He also represents prominent landlords such as N3 Real Estate, Routh Development, Starpoint Properties, Pacific Fuel, Amstar, BH Properties, AMLI, Black Lion Investment Group, and Transition Development Group.

Chris also represents a wide array of tenants including Rush Cycle, Main Squeeze Juice Co, Redline Athletics, Godfathers Pizza, and Sirius Day Spa

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Daniel began his real estate career while attending the University of New Mexico in early 2014. During that time, he began working for a local commercial development and brokerage house that was a market leader in volume of commercial transactions. Over the years, he has helped owners, investors, and business owners identify opportunities to achieve their goals, through commercial real estate investments, lease-up and site selection. In January of 2018, he was part of the team that launched RESOLUT RE, New Mexico division. As Assistant Vice President, he will continue to service his tenant rep clients with analytics, research and site selection services, his landlord rep clients with leasing up their properties, and his investors with fulfilling their commercial real estate investment goals, through acquisitions and dispositions.

During his career, Daniel has helped many property owners dispose of their commercial assets and is constantly identifying off-market opportunities for local and national investors. He takes pride in making sure his clients’ goals and objectives are clearly outlined and met. He turns over every rock and finds deals that are not discernable to the untrained eye. His passion for commercial real estate and, more importantly, how it impacts businesses and people, gives him the passion and the drive to go the extra mile for his clients day-in and day-out.

Eric Broussard started his real estate career interning at RESOLUT RE. Since joining he has quickly become one of the top performers in the Houston office and was promoted to Commercial Advisor, Assistant Vice President, and then to Vice President. He received his BFA in Corporate Communication at The University of Houston.

Born and raised in Houston, Eric uses his extensive knowledge of the city to help his tenant and landlord clients fulfill their real estate needs while educating them on the market. He is most well-known for his teamwork within RESOLUT and exceptional communication skills.

Eric heads the intern recruitment and coaching program within RESOLUT RE. Some of his accolades include: REDNews Finalist for Broker of the Year 2022 and Houston Business Journal's Heavy Hitter List 2023.

Eric specializes in tenant representation both locally in Houston and Nationally. Some of his clients are PJ’s Coffee, Teaspoon, Hounds Town USA, Zunzibar, Pepperoni's, Eskimo Hut, Amazing Lash, Cheaters Creamery, and many more.

Eric also has experience in Landlord representation. He has taken several centers in the Houston market and leased them to 100%.

Eric is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the International Franchise Association (IFA).

Janice Landers began her real estate career in 2001 after selling her industrial supply company, which she also founded and operated. She has been actively involved in a broad range of real estate, such as land development, retail, medical, office, industrial, 1031 exchanges, acquisitions, tenant representation, leasing and sales.

She has also been successful in raising equity for real estate projects, negotiating joint ventures and working with EB-5. With her many years of experience putting together the right teams, she has sold thousands of acres of land and has leased/sold over one million square feet of commercial space. She also assembled over $150M in real estate, over $200M in joint venture assets for a REIT and helped put together a $500M fund.

She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and of the Central Texas Council of Realtors (CTCAR).

Joaquin Orozco rejoined the RESOLUT RE team as Principal in 2017. For the 4 years prior, he was in a multi-faceted position with First Hartford Corporation, where he primarily worked with CVS Pharmacy in various capacities, including site selection in several Texas markets, land assemblage, negotiations, execution of due diligence site feasibility and the management of the entitlement process. In addition to this, he also worked on other in-house, development projects, which included land acquisition, public relations with municipalities and the management of half of a million square feet of retail space.

Prior to First Hartford, Joaquin had been with RESOLUT RE and represented clients, such as Washington Prime Group, B-Y Properties, and various other building and landowners. Additionally, he represented tenants, such as Corner Bakery Café, Firehouse Subs, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and Banamex USA. He has experience working with international clients and is also fluent in Spanish.

Joaquin began his commercial real estate career in 2005 in a research & analytics role, working on projects on both sides of the US-Mexico border. That role provided an excellent background to transition into a brokerage career, where he developed relationships with tenants and landlords throughout the region.

Joaquin has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with a focus in Sports Management, with a minor in Business, as well as an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is also a member of ICSC.

Joey Mendez started his real estate career interning at Transwestern while pursuing his B.B.A in Real Estate Finance & Development at The University of Texas-San Antonito. Joey joined RESOLUT RE as an intern in 2013 and transitioned into full-time brokerage working in San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley prior to moving to Austin.

Born and raised in Austin, he uses his extensive knowledge of the city to help his tenant and landlord clients fulfill their real estate needs while educating them on the market. Joey represents landlords such as HEB, Anchor Equities, Timmerman Capital, Hudson Properties, Barr Invest, and various other local landlords. He also represents tenants such as Gabriela’s Downtown, Halal Bros, Taquero Mucho, Crumbl Cookie, Dominos Pizza, Modern Nails, Poke Bowl, and many more. Joey has made Austin Business Journal’s The List: Austin-area Heavy Hitters and has been awarded most leasing deals closed company-wide in back to back years.

Michael focuses on commercial real estate owner representation for leasing and investment sales and has experience with all major real estate asset types, while specializing in retail and industrial properties. He is driven by his desire to be an advisor to his clients — bringing value to and protecting them from risk through his commercial real estate brokerage expertise.

Michael was first licensed in 2015 as a leasing agent at Campus & Central Properties, where he helped students and investors lease and acquire student-occupied residential assets in the campus-area in Austin. He started his commercial real estate career in 2018 as a Research Associate at RESOLUT RE f/k/a Retail Solutions where he has risen to the role of Principal in the Austin office.

Michael was born and raised in Austin and now leverages his extensive knowledge of the city to help numerous Landlords and owners lease their properties, sell, and acquire new assets on a local and regional level.

Trac is an experienced developer, owner, and operator of commercial properties, having built, acquired, and managed retail, mixed-use, office, and industrial assets in Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.
With over 25 years experience in commercial real estate with the Trammell Crow Company, OPUS Development, Hughes Capital Management, and PacTrust/MeansKnaus, Trac has extensive familiarity with retail, mixed-use, office, and industrial assets.
He founded a property management company in 2012, seeking to provide higher quality property management services for medical office properties owned by he and his partners.

Since then, the firm has continued to grow and develop a team of highly experienced professionals with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to our partners and clients. We respect and recognize the critical importance of taking care of tenants, as well as managing both the physical and financial components of our investment properties in the portfolio.

Dani Allison joined RESOLUT RE in May 2017 as Assistant Vice President – Office Brokerage, and was promoted to Vice President in early 2018, then to Senior Vice President in early 2023. Dani closed 42 deals in 2023 based on revenues over $7,000,000, with a total of approximately 58,000 square feet. Dani has successfully leased over 3,000,000 square feet of office space since 2005!

Dani represents Landlords throughout Houston, leasing office, retail, and flex/industrial properties. Dani also represents Tenants in their search for just the right space, whether Office, Retail, or Industrial/Flex space. She has over 20 years of office/Industrial Flex leasing experience in the Houston area - the first 13 years of which were spent with Transwestern Commercial Services.

Prior to her Real Estate Career, Dani worked as a Vice President for Marsh, Inc., one of the largest insurance brokerage firms, responsible for the Southwest Region Technology and Training Division. Responsibilities included the cohesion and implementation of Corporate Systems, Software and Training needs for the region, as well as the implementation and consolidation of Facilities as Acquisitions and Mergers of the company took place.

Gavin Fite joined RESOLUT RE in 2016 after serving in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. Over the past 15 years, Gavin has specialized in retail project leasing, tenant representation, and property management. Some of Gavin’s previous experiences include asset management, transaction management, and corporate services for office and industrial users and owners.

Gavin represents tenants locally and nationally such as Chop House Gyro, NobiliTea, Tone Shop Guitars, Selda Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar, Specialty Sips, and Worth the Pour.

Gavin is a 1988 United States Naval Academy graduate, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the United States Tennis Association and the Planetary Society.

Prior to joining RESOLUT RE in June of 2015, Jim Thompson had served as a managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail since 1999. A licensed, Texas real estate broker since 1977, Jim has over 40 years of experience in Houston real estate, including extensive experience representing tenants and landlords in retail and office leasing affecting the disposition of excess real estate for major retailers and financial institutions. His background also includes the sale of retail and office building properties. His responsibilities have included site selection and lease negotiations, helping to gather information for the creation of business plans, negotiating the terms and conditions of leases, coordinating the work of environmental engineers & contractors and acting as the liaison between landlord and tenant.

Some of Jim’s notable clients include: Applebee’s, Childtime Childcare, Inc., Schlotzsky’s, Shell Oil Company, Verizon Wireless, Phillips Petroleum, Chicken Express, & Home Consignment Centers. He is a member of ICSC and earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Houston.

Lyle Cowand joined RESOLUT RE in early 2014 as Senior Vice President. He has over 40 years of Houston, retail-focused, real estate experience which includes a distinguished track record of representing prominent shopping center owners, as well as working with the most active national and regional retailers for their Houston market expansion.

Lyle’s previous experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of The Weitzman Group and over a decade with Transwestern, where he was Senior Vice President in its Retail Services division.

Lyle has been a member of ICSC for the past 30 years and has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas since 1980. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Houston.

Tucker Francis joined RESOLUT RE as an intern in October 2010, where he gained hands-on experience with market research, website development, and assisting with daily leasing and sales activities.

Tucker represents regional landlords such as Hunington Properties and FMOC, Ltd., and tenants like Killer Burger, Freebirds World Burrito, Main Squeeze Juice Company, and Floyd’s 99 Barbershop.

Tucker graduated from the University of Texas in the Fall of 2012 with a degree in Business/Cultural Geography. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA).

Basil Mitchell is Vice President of Brokerage at RESOLUT RE, specializing in shopping center projects with a focus on neighborhood, community, and strip centers of 25,000 square feet or larger within the DFW Metroplex. He has marketed high-profile projects such as The Villages at Allen and Wynnewood Village, each with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of over 1 million square feet. Mitchell has represented prominent property owners and developers, including Brixmor Property Group, Retail Plazas, Inc., and Greenway Investments.

Before joining RESOLUT RE, Basil served as Market Director at NAI Robert Lynn's retail division, where he was recognized as the top listing broker for Class A & B shopping centers in East Dallas and surrounding submarkets. His career in real estate began as an intern with Hillwood Development, eventually rising to Market Manager of Retail at AllianceTexas Development, where he managed over 3 million square feet of retail land and space. Basil later transitioned to brokerage with the Weitzman Group as a Project Leasing Associate, representing Cencor Realty and other major third-party clients in Dallas and Tarrant County.

Basil's professional journey started in the NFL, where he played two seasons with the Green Bay Packers as a backup running back and special teams captain. He is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership, Class of 2022, and a member of NTCAR and ICSC. Basil holds a degree from Texas Christian University, where he was honored with the Pop Boone Male Student-Athlete of the Year award in 1999.

A native Houstonian, Brian Clayton joined Resolut RE in the Spring of 2020. For over a decade, he was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Moudry Real Estate Advisors- a boutique tenant representation brokerage firm, representing clients nationally, such as Fred Loya Insurance, Young America Insurance, Rodney D Young Insurance, Oportun, Progreso Financiero and Barri Financial Services. Other tenants represented include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, California Closets, Service King Paint & Body, Honey Baked Ham, Stripes(Sunoco) Gas Stations, Macarons by Patisse, The Great Greek Grill Restaurants, Cacao & Cardamom and Fajita Pete's.

As a point broker on national tenant rep assignments, Brian has worked with dozens of brokers across the nation to assist his clients with site selection, needs analysis, market research, lease negotiations, RFP development and dispositions; completing over 130 lease transactions for a rapidly expanding client in 16 states within one year.

Prior to MREA, Brian was a Information Technology Director for a niche engineering company based in Houston specializing in fall protection.

Brian studied Management of Information Systems, Finance at University of Houston and is a member of ICSC.

Cesar Villarreal is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing and project development. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics, with an emphasis in Political Science, from William Penn University (2010), and licensed as a Realtor since 2011, he has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by small business owners in commercial lease negotiations.

From 2011 to 2013, he founded Reliance Real Estate under the Keller Williams umbrella, and from 2014 to 2017, he was the South Texas Principal at Retail Solutions (now RESOLUT RE). Recognized as a "Top Producer" for four years in a row, Cesar represented institutional, regional and local landlords, along with local and national tenants. He also served as the "Commercial Real Estate Committee Chair" for the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors.

Cesar is a member of prestigious organizations such as ICSC, CTCAR, AMPI, BBR, SPIBR, ABR, GMAR, and is currently a CCIM candidate. With expertise in retail and multifamily project development, he spent from 2020 to 2023 as the Commercial Director at Origo Works LTD, overseeing development, acquisitions, sales & leasing for a $200+ million-dollar portfolio.

David Hollingsworth, formerly an investment sales professional at Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio office, specializes in retail property acquisitions and dispositions across Central and South Texas. Austin Aguilar graduated in 2021 with a BBA in Finance and then joined RESOLUT RE excelling as a Research Associate. He quickly secured a position as a full-time commercial advisor and earned the company’s Rookie of the Year award in 2022. Davis graduated with a BS in Finance and International Business with a minor in Arabic from Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Emilie Niekdam has had a passion for real estate for as long as she can remember. Before joining RESOLUT RE, she worked with Keller Williams Commercial Real Estate and New Century Properties and Investment, where she gained experience in commercial real estate sales, property development research, tenant/landlord representation, contract negotiations and client/staff relations. She successfully has steered her own salon business for years, as she has consistently reduced overhead costs, improved work flow, increased efficiency and maximized efforts, all by negotiating better pricing with vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Emilie is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and because of her professional experience, she has maintained a cultural understanding of ways of doing business with a wide variety of clients, as she understands traditions and has the ability to analyze and forecast business conditions, report trends and draft contracts using her bilingual talents.

As a commercial real estate broker in Austin Texas, Zach has worked on a wide range of acquisition and disposition projects for individual investors, 1031 exchangers, private equity firms, and national corporations. His expertise includes investment sales for properties such as NNN, strategic buy-and-hold, landbanking, and portfolio properties, as well as valuation and advisory services including broker's opinions of value.

His key skillsets include comprehensive due diligence on properties based on proven data and analytics to ensure that clients are fully informed about the potential risks and rewards of any investment. This includes analyzing financial and market data, assessing the condition of the property and any potential environmental hazards, and providing value by advising clients on the macro and micro economic conditions.

Zach grew up surrounded by commercial real estate brokerage. His father is a land & industrial broker in Denver Colorado and Zach spent weekends walking properties with his dad throughout his childhood and adolescence. He attended Kent Denver Preporatory School in Cherry Hills, undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder for finance and accounting and later matriculated at the University of Colorado at Denver where he holds a masters in applied mathematics.

Zach has traveled to over 100 countries. He volunteered in the United States Peace Corps...twice, where he worked with community leaders on the South Pacific island of Efate in Vanuatu and lobster fishermen in Copper Bank Belize to establish beekeeping cooperatives to cultivate and export organic honey. He is a PADI SCUBA dive master and mixed-gas instructor with over 1000 dives and spent a year in the Bering Sea, based out of Kodiak, commercial fishing for crab, salmon and halibut. He lives in the St. Elmo in South Austin with his 2-year-old golden retriever "Roger" and spends weekends swimming in Barton Springs.

Billy Lehmann is an Albuquerque native and founder of Rio Grande Automotive in the North Valley, where he gained valuable experience in, and an affinity for, commercial leasing and purchasing processes during his 13 years of ownership. Sparked by this experience, he sold his business in 2021 to pursue his passion for commercial real estate full time, beginning with personal investment in properties. Wanting to use his experience to help others on their commercial real estate path, Billy joined the New Mexico office of RESOLUT RE in 2023 where he facilitates landlord/tenant relations as well as seller/buyer transactions in the green chile capital of the world!

Brad Weigel is a leasing and investment sales specialist covering retail and flex properties throughout Central and South Texas (‘The Valley’), with a primary focus on shopping and strip centers.

Previous to joining up with RESOLUT RE, he completed his commercial real estate certification at Cornell University and honed his skills over at Marcus & Millichap in the Austin and San Antonio offices, where he advised and represented clients in the sale of retail and flex properties throughout the region. Brad is an advocate of building and sustaining good relationships, while providing a high level of advisory and intel that drives his clients’ success.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Brad went off to study and work in New York City and Los Angeles, and is proud to have made Austin home since 2013. He’s a passionate sports fan and is active in sand volleyball, mountain biking, and traveling to Japan with his family.

Claudia started at RESOLUT RE as a Research Associate assisting some of the firm's top brokers involving tenant and landlord representation and was quickly promoted to Commercial Advisor managing new listings and clients.

Texas-born and raised, Claudia grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and has lived in Austin for more than 15 years. She has extensive knowledge of the Austin area and surrounding counties.

Claudia got her start as a Broadcast Journalist in TV News as a Reporter and Anchor. She brings her passion and work ethic to RESOLUT RE.

Claudia graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos where she studied Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Psychology.

Colin joined RESOLUT RE as a Research Associate assisting brokers with the market research that is necessary for day-to-day operations. As a native to DFW, Colin can offer in-depth knowledge of the metroplex and surrounding areas. He has assisted in market research and analysis, site selection and lease negotiation for tenants. While he continues to develop his skills in every aspect of real estate brokerage, he hopes to focus his efforts on landlord and tenant representation.

Connor, a Dallas native, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and joined the RESOLUT RE team as a research associate. Before RESOLUT RE, he interned with Lee and Associates in Dallas, and Centric Commercial in Austin Texas. He quickly developed a reputation for his ability to understand each client's unique needs and to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. He is known for his outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional representation for tenants and landlords in the DFW market. He is passionate about his work and takes great pride in helping clients achieve their goals.

Connor was an active member of Sigma Phi Epsilon at UT Austin, as well as the Austin Conservation Project. Outside of work, Connor enjoys playing hockey, golf, Steely Dan, and spending time with his friends and family.

Connor Silva is from Boston, Massachusetts and graduated as a dual major from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Business and S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. After graduation, he moved to Austin, TX where he began his career in Commercial Real Estate with RESOLUT RE.

Drew Nelson, a Texas native, is a Commercial Advisor with RESOLUT RE of Houston, Texas. Diving straight into the HTX real estate market after studying at Texas State University, Drew focused on facilitating retail leasing, landlord representation, investment property brokerage, and sales. Drew is known for his hard work, attention to detail, and broad understanding of the market.

Gustavo Lopez joined RESOLUT RE in 2020 as a research associate. Since joining RESOLUT RE, he has helped new, relocating, and expanding retail tenants secure spaces in shopping centers across Houston and the surrounding areas. He also represented landlords by prospecting and bringing qualified tenants to lease their properties.

Gustavo graduated from the University of Houston with a Science Degree and has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 2017.

Jeremy Salazar specializes in the medical office market, working with medical professionals, developers, and investors to identify real estate opportunities that achieve the long-term goals of their growing practice or investment portfolio. His knowledge of the challenges in the healthcare industry and the diverse needs of healthcare professionals, from dentists to ambulatory care providers, allows him to become a trusted advisor for his clients. He also has a passion for urban renewal and being active in the community; he is a member of the Urban Land Institute and volunteers with Junior Achievement of New Mexico.

Jeremy grew up in Oklahoma and began his career in retail business management after earning an accounting degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Jeremy moved to Albuquerque in 2017 while still working in the retail industry. He and his partner, Daniel, an RN at UNM Hospital, quickly fell in love with the state’s amazing landscape and rich history. As a Commercial Advisor, Patricia’s primary focus is on Landlord representation, retail sales and leasing. She also has a financial background, having worked 8 years as a bank manager.

Patricia has a BS in Accounting and is also 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, which is an integral part of servicing her national and international clients.

Patrick Connolly comes to Resolut RE as a Commercial Advisor with an extensive background in real estate. Originally from Houston, Patrick started his real estate career leasing industrial properties. He spent the previous few years working for a real estate startup in Seattle, WA. Those experiences there transformed Patrick into a dynamic CRE professional with the ability to act effectively and quickly on behalf of his clients.

Remsa has a proven track record, representing landlords like Westwood Financial, Mimco, Lebor Holding, Eisenberg Co., and securing tenants like Domino's Pizza, Tasty Pot, JJ Hawaiian BBQ, and more. He developed a passion for real estate at an early age and has been in real estate for over 3 years. He started out in residential sales before making the transition to commercial sales. Chris Hernandez, a commercial advisor based in Austin, Texas, specializes in Retail Investment Sales & Leasing across the Lone Star state. Born in Fort Worth and raised in Waxahachie, Chris has lived in cities throughout Texas before settling in the state capital. Lorenzo Neal, a Houston native and St. Thomas High School alumnus, joined RESOLUT RE in May 2024. Lorenzo earned his Construction Management degree from Purdue University in 2020. After a successful college and professional sports career, Lorenzo pursued his passion for real estate. He has helped landlords in the Houston area by connecting them with quality tenants for their properties. With deep roots and detailed knowledge of the Houston real estate market, Lorenzo is dedicated to delivering outstanding results for his clients.

Michael brings over 35 years of extensive experience in Marketing and Information Technology to his role at RESOLUT RE, where he holds the position of Operations Director.

In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing daily business operations. Michael is instrumental in facilitating the integration of new employees into crucial business systems, assisting with strategic marketing solutions, maintaining the RESOLUT RE website, and addressing on-site IT challenges with precision and efficiency.

Trish Thompson has over 35 years of property management experience. She previously worked at Oak Leaf Management in Houston for over ten years. She managed a commercial portfolio of office and industrial properties with over 750,000 rentable square feet, along with the team of management professionals dedicated to taking care of various aspects of the properties.

Trish has extensive experience in commercial and multi-family property management, condominium association management, as well as property accounting.

She received her Certified Property Manager designation from IREM in 1995 and holds a Texas real estate license. She has taught property management, property software and accounting classes for Houston Community College, IREM and the Houston Apartment Association.

Kristine Malizzo joined RESOLUT RE in 2020 as an Intern. She assists one of the most promising and engaging brokerage firms in the business. Kristine’s astute and observant nature has made her an asset to the New Mexico team.

Prior to her employment with RESOLUT RE, Kristine operated as a team lead for a large fast-food chain and as an administrator for a local law firm.

Hunter Walker graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he was a member of the Men's Golf Team. After completing his degree, Hunter began his career in the financial sector as a financial advisor with Equitable Advisors in Dallas.
