Making the Heavy Hitters List for Retail Leases in 2024:
In the realm of Retail Leases, our brokers have truly shined. Michael Noteboom claims the #4 spot on the list, having leased an impressive 175,182 square feet of retail space across 89 deals. Following closely behind at #5 is Joey Mendez, with 137,470 square feet leased over 82 deals. Davis Paone secures the #9 position, having leased 90,521 square feet in 43 deals, while. Austin Aguilar rounds out the group at #14, with 47,577 square feet leased over 82 deals.
