Outstanding Performers in Office and Retail Leasing:
In the office leasing category, notably Jeremy Salazar from our New Mexico office has made a significant impact. He secured the Top Office Leasing Deal by negotiating a lease for 13,356 square feet at Altura Office for Mayer LLP. Marking a major win for RESOLUT RE in New Mexico.
Meanwhile, in retail leasing, our Austin-based brokers, Davis Paone and Michael Noteboom, have significantly contributed to our success by handling the Top Retail Leasing Deal of the quarter. They represented the landlord at Crystal Falls Development in Leander, TX, and successfully secured a lease for 12,000 square feet, further establishing our leadership in the market.
