Eric Broussard has been promoted to Principal in RESOLUT RE’s Houston office.
During Eric’s five years with RESOLUT RE, he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to achieving excellence as a broker. He is highly skilled at building strong relationships with clients and the brokerage community, and has an aptitude, and hunger for, helping brokers around him learn, grow, and succeed.
Eric represents many retailers and restaurants in their expansion efforts across the nation and is a vital member of RESOLUT RE’s national tenant rep platform, which continues to rank us among the top 3 tenant services firms nationwide in Entrepreneur Magazine’s annual survey. Eric is also ranked among Houston Business Journal’s top retail real estate professionals in the Houston market.
In 2023, Eric ranked as the top producing agent in RESOLUT’s Houston office and was voted by his RESOLUT peers companywide as a “Team Player of the Year” for his collaborative spirits and efforts.
