Patrick Connolly is a Commercial Advisor with an extensive background in real estate. Originally from Houston, Patrick started his real estate career in 2015, representing industrial clients. After a five-year stint working in real estate in Seattle, he returned to Austin in 2023 and began working with RESOLUT RE to focus on retail clients.

Patrick’s experience has turned him into a dynamic broker specializing in landlord and tenant representation. He prioritizes strong relationships with his clients. His list of clients includes Moontower Group, O’Donnell’s Pub, FIT Brands, and Daddy Shack Golf, among others.

Patrick lives in South Austin with his fiancée and their two dogs. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from Louisiana State University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
