Amelia joined RESOLUT RE in 2015 after relocating to San Antonio. As Chief Operations Officer, she leads the firm’s internal operations across all offices, overseeing accounting, HR, IT, marketing, administrative functions, tradeshows, and risk management in support of a growing, multi-market platform.

She is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing staff, while partnering closely with executive leadership on strategic planning, process improvements, and company-wide initiatives. Amelia also manages employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and organizational risk, helping ensure the company runs efficiently and consistently across teams.

Her focus is simple: build systems that scale, create clarity across teams, and keep things moving forward. She plays a key role in aligning leadership priorities with day-to-day execution and serves as a central point of coordination between RESOLUT RE’s Principals and the broader organization, helping turn strategy into execution.

Prior to RESOLUT RE, Amelia worked as a commercial property manager and leasing administrator for an Omaha-based real estate development and management firm, where she oversaw a 2.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets.

Amelia graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling with her husband, Josh, and their cavapoo, Rory.
