Noe’s Cafe leased 1,942 square feet at 2120 Spring Stuebner Road in City Place. Lauren Heimann of Regency Centers represented the landlord, Spring Stuebner RRC I. Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant.
Ori’Zaba’s, a Mexican restaurant with several locations in the Las Vegas area, leased 2,204 square feet in the University Commons Shopping Center, at 13513 University Blvd. in Sugar Land. It will be the first location in the Greater Houston area. Kristen Barker of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant. Brad Ryan of Capital Retail Partners represented the landlord.
URBE – Street Foods of Mexico, a new restaurant of James Beard Award-winning Chef Hugo Ortega and Restaurateur Tracy Vaught’s H Town Restaurant Group, opened in Uptown Park, 1101 Uptown Park, Suite 12. The restaurant is a combination of fast-casual at breakfast and lunch and table-service for dinner and weekend brunch.
Sweet Paris Creperie & Café, a Houston-based chain founded by Allison and Ivan Chavez, is expanding to two new cities. Ludovic Le Gall and Yi Wang, operators of the Sweet Paris in Baybrook Mall, signed a multi-unit agreement for three locations in Dallas. Sweet Paris will enter Florida with four locations in Miami. The company plans to open two corporate-owned locations and another two in partnership with multi-unit franchisee Ivette Escobar. Sweet Paris has eight cafés in Houston and one each in San Antonio and Austin.
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened a 12,500-square-foot clinic providing primary and orthopedics care in the River Oaks Shopping Center at 2040 W. Gray at Shepherd Drive. The clinic, which can accommodate up to seven physicians, was designed by Powers Brown Architecture and built by Gamma Construction. Kelsey-Seybold plans to expand specialty care to include OB/GYN by the end of the year.
Mister Car Wash opened Express Exterior stores at 2466 Gessner in west Houston and 7705 Spencer Highway in Pasadena. Tucson, Ariz.-based Mister Car Wash has grown to more than 30 locations in the Houston market since 1998.
Dabira Jewelry leased 1,239 square feet at the Shops at Alief Clodine, 6221 Highway 6 South. Gustavo Lopez of Resolut RE represented the landlord. Raphael Kolawole Ojo of Discovered Homes Investment represented the tenant.
Bahama Mama leased 1,389 square feet at 19211 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Humble. Benny Nguyen, Eric Broussard and Gustavo Lopez of Resolut RE represented the tenant. Thomas Holdsworth of Ironbridge Realty Partners represented the landlord.
Matt Tupa Insurance Agency leased 1,590 square feet at 14531 FM 529. Dani Allison of Resolut RE represented the landlord.
Infuzed Therapy leased 1,260 square feet in Brazos Town Center, Brazos Town Center, at U.S. 59 and FM 762 in Rosenberg, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Obinna Emukah of Realm Real Estate Professionals represented the tenant.
